By using the website or app, you agree with, and accept: i. these Terms and Conditions and any corresponding changes thereto which we may implement from time to time; and ii. our Privacy Policy in connection with how we process your personal information collected from this Site or mobile app.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Dineers website and mobile apps owned or operated by Local Hub Solutions or operated on behalf of Dineers Website and mobile app services. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the website or mobile apps. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, your only remedy is to discontinue using the site or mobile app.
2. Account Creation
By using the Dineers app, you will be asked to register by creating an account which requires your personal information such as name, telephone or mobile number, email address and a password. You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration processes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password, or other account information.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account. And you are entirely responsible for all activity made by you or anyone that uses your account. You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact us via email at dineers.team@gmail.com. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to Dineers for losses incurred by Dineers or another party due to someone else using your account as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to safeguard your password.
3. Termination or Suspension of User Account
If any information provided by the user is inaccurate, in breach of any laws or contains indecent elements, the Company may instantly terminate or suspend the user’s account without any notice and reserves the right to take such action as it considers appropriate.
4. Responsibility & Risk
Local Hub Solutions reserves the right to monitor the Website and App contents at all times but is not obliged to do so. we takes no responsibility whatsoever for any material on the Website that is not posted by us or is otherwise posted by us on behalf of a user. All users acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for the content and accuracy of information submitted by them to the Website.
We does not warrant that the Website will operate error-free or the Website servers are free of Viruses or any other harmful mechanism. If use of the Website or its content result in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, by any user, we shall not be responsible for those costs and any loss or damage of whatsoever nature.

All users shall be responsible for their own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their activities on the Website. We will not be involved in dealings or disputes between Restaurants and it's client. The company does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by Restaurants. Should any dispute arise between Restaurants and it's client, Restaurants and it's client shall resolve such disputes between themselves and we shall not be responsible for any such disputes.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Dineers App are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Dineers and/or third parties who have authorized their use. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify these these in any way. The use of Dineers's trademarks on any other website or mobile application is strictly prohibited. All of the materials contained on the Dineers App are copyrighted except where explicitly noted otherwise. We neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Dineers App will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Dineers. Use of any materials on the Dineers App is at your own risk.

Dineers website or mobile app contains links to third party web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to user and not as an endorsement by the Company of the contents on such third-party web sites. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party web sites. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under the Terms of Use and or your use of the Dineers App resides in the courts of Malaysia, and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
